Mcdonald Bookkeeping Services agrees to NOT share, the contents of consumer financial or business information in any form. McDonald Bookkeeping Services understands the importance of keeping your financials secure and safe. We have built a private server and utilize it when accessing your financial banking portals and Quickbooks.

Terms of Billing if retained
FLAT FEE / PER EA. MONTH: The consumer will pay a flat / fee for the designated scope of services requested. The monthly service fee will not change (unless) consumer request additional services not listed or agreed to. (see page 1) Per ea. individual month. (definition) we will charge for each individual month. This means there are (12) months in a year. Your monthly service cost x 12. As we complete each individual month or as (WIP) work in progress Consumer will be charged in advance of services. Understanding your charges: We charge for each set of financials months we provide services for. (example) If we are retained in March of 1999 and consumer requests, we start cleaning up and reconciling for the month of January 1999. The consumer will be charged for January, February and March of 1999 and so forth.
